Return Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! Here's what to do if you're not:

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date you receive the package.
STORE CREDIT will be applied. No money returned.

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags, including Coco Bambús hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Accesories cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.

Please follow the instruction on the return policy. Please Include the original invoice when sending the item back. We do not provide return shipping; all items being shipped back are the buyer’s expense.

*We only give this amount of time since we work with very few pieces and this is to avoid when another client requests the piece to have it available as soon as possible.*

For Exchange, because is an online order you need to return the merchandise and do all the return process and make a new order of the correct size or merchandise.
